It was August 2017 that we purchased our property in Yanchep so this review is well overdue. Damien from A1 Conveyancing is the epitome of a Professional. He is most definitely an expert in his Field. I am far from an easy customer and always expect the most out of people when I engage their services. Trying to buy a house whilst being away (out of communications) for 4 weeks at a time with only 1 week off could almost be impossible however Damien made this endeavour more than easy. His Foresight, Knowledge and Willingness to get the job done ensured a very smooth settlement. Damien was always contactable even after hours and went above and beyond.
